Holistic Approach For Wellness and Happiness

In my practice of educating and coaching clients I am using the Holistic approach to health and wellness. This approach helps people to become healthier and happier. The more positive results and changes I see in my clients life, the more happiness it brings into my life as well as in theirs.

Here I will explain what Holistic approach to health and wellness in short.

Holistic approach is an integrated approach to health that treats the “whole” person and approaches health and disease from many angles, not simply eliminating symptoms of disease. 

True healing focuses not just on dealing with symptoms, but on finding and healing the underlying root causes of imbalance or disease.

Holistic medicine appeared in China about 5 thousand years ago, which is much earlier than our traditional medicine. It takes into account all internal and external factors that affect the work of our whole body.
Holistic Wellness includes the health of the physical body, emotional wellness, mental wellness, relationship happiness, spiritual and self development and all these factors together will bring to the total well-being of the person.

No matter what the current status of health, everyone can improve their level of well-being. 

Holistic well-being is an ongoing process of reaching the higher levels of wellness as well as preventing illness. It is a lifestyle, which includes a personal commitment to move toward reaching higher levels of wellness, vitality and well-being that result from the positive lifestyle changes. 

It is a continuing voyage and discoveries in our search for better and happier living, being healthier, and striving for wholeness.

We are brought up in a society where it is generally accepted that the government  should be responsible for health protection of the population, and we have shifted all responsibility to doctors. But we must understand that in order to live in a healthy body and a happy state, we have to take a full responsibility for all areas of our life.

Everyone is responsible for their own health and must be an active contributor to the healing process.

Changing mentality and lifestyle from relying only on doctors and traditional medicine and taking your well-being in your own hands and becoming responsible for your health is a process and needs to be taken step by step. 

By staying healthy we are contributing to the wellness, health and happiness of our kids and our future generation and to the wellness of our planet Earth.
