Lama Lobsang Palden is an incarnate lama born in e Lama Lobsang Palden is an incarnate lama born in eastern Tibet. He studied all aspects of Buddhist philosophy and practice at Tashi Kyil Monastery, a Gelugpa monastery in Amdo, Tibet. Lama trained in Yantra Yoga and Tibetan massage with Tibetan doctor Rinzen Geshe Nyima, and he inherited intuitive healing gifts from his grandfather, himself a healing lama. Lama Lobsang is a Ngakpa lama, having received the necessary initiations at Lhabrang Monastery. He is a healing practitioner who personally received His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s blessing and encouragement to do healing work. He left Tibet at age 18 and lived at Tashi Kyil Monastery in Dehra Dun, India, for 10 years. He has received many teachings from H.H. the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan masters, such as His Holiness Sakya Trizin. The more positive the energy of any given matter, the higher the vibration frequencies, and thus, the closer that matter is to the Source. The more negative the energy the matter, the lower the vibration frequencies, and the further that matter (energy) is from the Source. 🌞 Source is what or who you consider to be your Divine Source .. whether that is God, Universal Intelligence, Universal Mind, Buddha or whomever or whatever you look to as a higher power or Supreme Being. During our life we all have or had traumatic experiences or emotions that we were not ready to handle or process consciously. When these emotions arise, our body subconsciously stores them in cellular memory to process later. These emotions are considered toxic and can be stored in different parts of our bodies, until we recognize and release them. The influence of emotion and mood is significant because how you feel can determine what you think, perceive, remember, and ultimately how you behave. 🙏 Since the body and mind are essentially related, a change in emotional or psychological disposition can have impressive results on one’s health. When negative feelings or thoughts are registered in the body, it creating an energetic block in the system. These blocks obscure the memory of perfection in the DNA of the cells—the original plan can no longer be observed—all of which negatively affects our behavior and our health. Each time a negative feeling is re-experienced and re-validated; the energy surrounding the original block is reinforced and compounded, the energy blocks grow and become larger and more powerful with time, unless the energy of that particular block is changed. 🫶. These energy blocks are the cause of our illnesses, our problems and our challenges in life. As long as they stay in our body they have the ability to negatively affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Releasing the old and stock emotional patterns is one of the main steps in taking control over your life for the happier living. 🫶 You need to make sure you will be able to consciously control your thoughts and emotions.

My resent first ayahuasca retreat in Costa Rica was much unexpected. I had 3 ceremonies during the week. The second one was so intense, I had a feeling I was going mad. Even though my girlfriend had the ayahuasca experience before, her stories were very different. I guess it is exactly as it sais, everyone gets what hey need to get and what they are ready for. After the ceremony, I was not totally sure that I was really ready for what I saw. I truly didn’t know what to do with the experience, which I had: there is no solidity in the world. We are all vibrations, energies, not a solid bodies. Even though I dose not seems like much, and I read and thought about it before, but one thing is to know on intellectual level and it is totally different, when you live in that experience. Ayahuasca ceremonies made me really different. I cannot be the same anymore. It is hard to grasp, what exactly changed, but it did. I loved it and hated it at the same time. And still waiting for the next time I will be able to meet Mother Ayahuasca and to do another retreat in Costa Rica or may be even go to Peru.

I met Nina a year prior at my first past life regression session. After that I continued my healing with Nina doing different kinds of spiritual healing sessions and coaching.
She was amazing! Knowledgeable, personable, honest, hilarious! I had and still have a wonderful experience.

My parents are very religious Catholics, the divorce is not acceptable in our culture. This life became impossible and my emotions were getting worse every day.
I was recommended to go on retreat for emotional healing with Ayahuasca. I think it was the best thing I did for the last 15 years of my life. I received a lot of clearings, found out the karmic issues behind the situations. Not following my heart desires, listening to other people's opinions, no self-respect and many fears were presented not only in this life but in many previous ones. I lived through those past life experiences, was able to forgive myself and some people around me.
But I feel that this is only the beginning and much more work is required. But the healing has started and I will continue. I already feel much better, I think I will not need my medication anymore. Will see… The Ayahuasca experience is difficult, but the changes it has brought in my life is amazing.
It is sure not for everyone, you need to be called by Aya and then you will know it will help. Thank you for the great experience and healing!
